At the Australasian Mercy Secondary Schools Association ("AMSSA"), we are committed to respecting the privacy of visitors to our website and senders of e-mails. Personal information, as it is defined in the Act is not collected from this website, but may be collected and retained if you send personal information to the AMSSA directly. Any personal information sent to the AMSSA, either electronically or in printed form may be retained. It will only be used for the purposes for which you tell the AMSSA it can be used, or to contact you to respond to your enquiries. Personal information will be treated with respect and will not be provided to any individual or organization unconnected with the AMSSA without your express prior written consent, unless we are required by law to do so.
